About NOKE

NOKE is developed and operated by Taiwan's JUT Group, and it opened in June 2023. The lot area is 2,004 ping (6,625 m2), with seven floors above ground and three floors below ground. The total floor area is 11,000 ping (36,370 m2), with a commercial area of 6,500 ping (21,480 m2) and 260 parking spaces. The surrounding road network is well-connected, and it’s only a 3-minute walk from the MRT station.
